Best Western Luxury Inn

Entire staff is great!!!! Crystal (i believe that’s her name) at the front desk is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She goes above n beyond!!!! My boyfriend & I are long distance so we meet at this hotel every other week & stay 2 days!!!! Crystal is the main reason we haven’t booked or tried any other hotels in area!!!! Rooms are great nice n big with fridge n microwave!!!! Rooms & entire hotel are immaculate every time!!!! We will definitely come back & go nowhere else!!!! Great location near grocery stores, restaurants, the mall & close to all day trips we’ve taken together!!!! Thank you to everyone on the staff we appreciate you all!!!!

The second floor room was quiet and clean. It had the basic amenities to make coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. We were traveling with a dog, and this was a dog friendly place. Although there was not much of a yard except right around the building. Staff was friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was the standard eggs sausage toast or waffle, or cereal. They did have decaf coffee which for me was a plus. I would stay there again.

Our King suite room was like a small home away from home while we visited family in the area each day. Always clean, felt very safe staying on upper levels. Conveniently located to food, stores, banks and freeway for ease of travel. Loved the onsite breakfast each day that was open til 10 am! Nice little oasis in Tracy!

Very kind staff and breakfast was delicious. Right next to freeway so I didn't sleep well.

I would just like to say that the staff at this hotel made our state feel like we were staying with family. From the first person that greeted us at the front desk, to the lovely woman that served breakfast, to the housekeeping, staff and the amazing person that checked us out of our hotel, you made our stay exceptional. I am traveling right now with my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia. It is very stressful for both of us to travel. My father commented that he felt like was staying with family and felt very comfortable with the lovely staff. Thank you so much for making our travel a bit easier.

Front desk and cleaning staff is friendly and do a good job. The hotel overall is a great value and quiet despite being near the interstate. I had an issue with the internet and once the manager heard about it they worked very hard and diligently to fix it. I have no doubt that they’d work hard to fix any issue. The ac units are completely controlled by the guests and the beds are more comfortable than the average hotel. Very few hotels offer microwaves and mini fridges at this price range.

At this particular hotel, it was nice clean very nice And accommodating staff, good breakfast. I think it’s time for a new bed because it was a bit squeaky and not comfy I got the job done for the one night stay

Very nice hotel! Very clean rooms! Wonderful Continental Breakfast! Every other day it changes from Bacon strips to sausage patties the next day so it is a Nice switch up when you stay for a long time. Scrambled eggs, or egg patties. Biscuits, waffles, toast, country potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, yogurts, ready peeled boiled eggs, just to name a few things. Fresh coffee and juices. The only issue was I kept smelling an awful smell for 2 or 3 days in my hotel room. So bad I had bought fabreeze and other sprays but they didn't help. Then I realized it was a drip tray behind the mini refrigerator. I pulled it out and scrubbed it. The only reason I knew what it was after awhile is because I had that happen with my own mini fridge at home. Once I cleaned the sledge build up It took care of the smell right away. That's no one's fault tho. I'm only adding that because if someone is smelling something strange around the refrigerator it will be the back of the mini fridge! Definitely staying here again!
